This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through LinPar Lab.
By purchasing any product from LinPar Lab, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
All products sold through LinPar Lab are digital products delivered electronically.
Because digital products can be downloaded, copied, stored, or otherwise retained immediately after delivery, refunds are limited and granted solely at our discretion unless otherwise required by applicable law.
All sales are considered final.
Purchasing a product grants immediate access to digital content, licenses, downloads, or related services.
Due to the nature of digital goods, refunds are generally not provided once a product has been delivered or made available for download.
Refund requests will generally be denied if:
You changed your mind after purchase.
You no longer need the product.
You purchased the wrong product.
You failed to read the product description before purchasing.
You found an alternative product.
You are unable or unwilling to learn how to install or configure the product.
Your server, software, hosting provider, plugins, or third-party services are causing compatibility issues.
You expected features that were never advertised.
You dislike the product despite it functioning as described.
You no longer operate the project for which the product was purchased.
You purchased the product for testing purposes.
You purchased a product that is compatible only with versions clearly stated on the product page.
You lost access to your Discord account, hosting provider, server, or third-party services required for usage.
You violated our Terms of Service, EULA, or other policies.
Refunds may be considered when:
The product delivered is materially different from what was advertised.
The product is completely unusable and does not function as described.
The product files are corrupted and cannot be replaced.
A duplicate purchase was made accidentally.
The purchase was made due to a verified billing error.
LinPar Lab reserves the right to determine whether a refund request qualifies.
Before any refund is considered, we may request reasonable troubleshooting steps to verify the issue.
If you experience issues with a product, you are expected to contact support before requesting a refund.

Many issues can be resolved through support and do not qualify for refunds.
Opening a chargeback, payment reversal, unauthorized transaction claim, or payment dispute through PayPal, your bank, card issuer, Yape, or any payment provider may result in immediate suspension of:
Account access
Licenses
Downloads
Product updates
Support services
Loyalty points
Discord integrations
We reserve the right to permanently terminate access to our services when fraudulent or abusive payment disputes are initiated.
Refund requests containing false, misleading, incomplete, or fraudulent information may be denied.
Attempting to obtain a refund while continuing to use, distribute, share, leak, or otherwise benefit from a purchased product may result in:
License revocation
Account suspension
Permanent account termination
Removal of future download rights
LinPar Lab guarantees delivery of at least one functional copy of the purchased product.
Future downloads, updates, archived versions, backup copies, replacement files, or continued access to downloads are provided as a convenience and are not guaranteed.
Loss of future download access does not by itself constitute grounds for a refund.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
Any fees imposed by payment processors, banks, or third parties may be deducted where permitted by applicable law.
LinPar Lab reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time.
Continued use of our services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
