By accessing, browsing, creating an account, purchasing products, downloading files, using our services, or otherwise interacting with LinPar Lab, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Our website provides digital products and services related to Minecraft, including but not limited to plugins, configurations, setups, templates, assets, source code, documentation, and related digital content.

Future downloads, archived versions, updates, replacement files, mirrors, backups, or continued access to downloads are provided solely as a convenience and are not guaranteed.
Download rights may be restricted, suspended, or revoked under circumstances described within these Terms.
Upon purchase, the buyer receives a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable usage license.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise:
Products may be used on projects owned or controlled by the license holder.
Products may be modified for personal use.
Products may be used commercially as intended.

Relicensing
Sharing download access
Public distribution

Transfer of licenses
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final.
Refunds are not guaranteed and may be granted solely at our discretion.
The following may result in immediate suspension or termination of licenses and services:
Chargebacks
Payment reversals
Unauthorized transaction claims
Fraudulent refund requests
Payment disputes through PayPal, banks, card providers, Yape, or other payment methods
If a dispute is opened against a transaction, access to products, downloads, updates, support, and licenses may be suspended until the matter is fully resolved.
LinPar Lab reserves the right to revoke licenses, downloads, support access, updates, and account privileges in any of the following situations:
Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent refund requests.
Publishing knowingly false, misleading, defamatory, or malicious statements regarding LinPar Lab, its products, staff, or services.
Sharing, leaking, publishing, distributing, gifting, or otherwise providing access to products without authorization.
Selling, transferring, sublicensing, leasing, gifting, or relicensing products or licenses.
Harassment, threats, intimidation, offensive language, or abusive behavior directed toward support staff.
Violating these Terms, our Privacy Policy, EULA, or any published policy.
Using products for illegal, fraudulent, harmful, or malicious activities.
Attempting to bypass, disable, remove, modify, interfere with, or reverse engineer licensing systems, anti-piracy systems, download protections, authentication systems, or account restrictions.
If an account is banned, restricted, suspended, or terminated, access to associated licenses and downloads may also be revoked.
Revocation of a license does not automatically entitle the user to a refund.
To protect intellectual property and investigate unauthorized redistribution, products distributed through LinPar Lab may contain:
License identifiers
Customer identifiers
Dynamic placeholders
Embedded ownership markers
Watermarks
Download identifiers
Tracking metadata
Certain products may have placeholders automatically injected into files at the time of download.
These mechanisms exist solely for:
Security
Fraud prevention
Ownership verification
License enforcement
Leak investigations
Anti-piracy measures
Users may not remove, modify, obscure, tamper with, disable, or bypass these protections.
Violations may result in immediate license termination.
Certain features may require linking a Discord account.
By linking a Discord account, you authorize LinPar Lab to access information provided through Discord's API as necessary to operate features such as:
License synchronization
Loyalty point systems
Verification systems
Support systems
Discord integrations
If a Discord account is disconnected, deleted, banned, restricted, or otherwise becomes unavailable, LinPar Lab is not responsible for any resulting loss of Discord-related functionality.

Violated these Terms
Violated applicable laws
Attempted fraud
Abused services
Harmed the community
Harmed LinPar Lab's infrastructure
Harmed LinPar Lab's reputation
Harmed other customers
Restricted or banned users may lose access to:
Downloads
Licenses
Updates
Support
Loyalty systems
Website features
Discord integrations
A ban does not create entitlement to a refund.
All content available through LinPar Lab, including but not limited to:
Products
Source code
Graphics
Logos
Branding
Documentation
Website content
remains the exclusive property of LinPar Lab unless otherwise stated.
Unauthorized use is prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinPar Lab shall not be liable for:
Loss of profits
Loss of revenue
Business interruption
Data loss
Service outages
Software incompatibilities
Third-party actions
Indirect or consequential damages
Total liability shall never exceed the amount paid for the applicable product.
LinPar Lab reserves the right to update, modify, replace, or remove portions of these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the website, products, services, licenses, downloads, or support systems after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
